  Bidding scope for Jiangsu Hangfu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. 7.9387MWp distributed photovoltaic power generation project, the bidding content includes the plant distributed photovoltaic power station project survey, design, procurement and construction of integrated EPC general contracting construction, the specific scope of work includes (but not limited to): the plant photovoltaic field body, the new step-up switchgear (subject to the final grid access), plant collector lines and grid lines engineering survey, design The specific scope of work includes (but is not limited to): engineering survey, design, equipment and material procurement, civil engineering, installation engineering, reinforcement engineering, video monitoring system, water cleaning system, roof maintenance walkway, commissioning test and inspection, trial operation, defect elimination, performance guarantee, acceptance assessment, technical and after-sales service, personnel training and other packages, as well as the warranty responsibility and defects repair after the acceptance of the trial operation, the record of the project, the procedures for access program and other compliance procedures for the project. 2. Qualified bidders must have the following conditions:

2.1 The bidder should have an independent legal personality in China, with a valid business license; with the necessary personnel, equipment, funds and other aspects of the ability to perform the contract, with the ability to assist the bidder to implement the project on time and grid-connected power generation.

2.2 The bidder must have qualification of engineering design (electric power industry) Grade B or above (can be engaged in the corresponding general contracting business within the scope of the qualification certificate); or have qualification of electric power engineering general contracting Grade III or above.

2.3 The proposed project manager must have a national second-class registered construction engineer license certificate (majoring in construction engineering or electromechanical engineering), and has the performance of EPC general contracting project manager who has undertaken PV power plant projects with a total capacity of 5MW and above (provide the contract or acceptance certificate or user certificate or enterprise appointment letter (with the contract) and other materials with seals).

2.4 Bidders in the past three years (2020-2022) should have at least two single 5MW and above scale photovoltaic project performance (performance is subject to the date of signing the contract), should provide scanned copies of the contract that can prove the performance requirements (must at least contain: contract buyer and seller stamp page, the main content of the contract, the date of signing the contract and the key technical parameters and other information).
